PLEASE NOTE: The speed of transfer is dependent on your type of phone line connection.
Large files can take a long time to upload for example if you are using a: 56KB modem 5MB
will take 12 minutes approx, ISDN: 5MB will take 6 minutes approx, Broadband: 5MB will
take 2 minutes approx. The download times are approximate and may vary dependent on the line
and server usage at the time of transmitting your files to us. Please be patient it could
take a while!

Things to do before sending your digital images
1. Digital Image file sizes should be between 1000 KB and 2000 KB
(1-2 MB) approx when saved as JPEG.
2. Rename all files ie cover, january, february etc.
3. Copy all files to a new folder - call the folder your surname / client
ID number (you will find the number on the email confirmation which will be
sent to you after you have completed the shopping basket) this will help us
to identify you.
Choose a method to send your digital images to us.
1. Copy all digital images to CD and post to createAcalendar,
Cambridge Printing Park, Milton, Cambridge CB4 6AZ
2. Email your digital images to
sarah@labute.co.uk
- may take a long time then bounce.
3. FTP upload your digital images directly to our servers, more information
in a black box on the right.
You must complete the order form and payment sections before
sending your digital images to us, as this will give you a client ID number
to quote when sending your images.
