Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Placing an order
When you are ready to place your order simply complete either our online or printable
order form quoting:
- Your estimate number
- Quantity and type of calendar required
- Quoted unit price
- Layout reference e.g. WC0701
On receipt of your order we will send you an order acknowledgement via email, please
check this thoroughly to ensure all details are correct.
2. Sending your files
Once you have completed an order form please send us your files either by:
Post: write the files to CD and post them to us at:

FTP: put all files into one folder and then compress it using WinZip or a similar product.
Upload the compressed folder to our ftp site. The speed up upload depends on your internet
connection. An upload progress bar shows the time left.
Email: email your files directly to
sarah@labute.co.uk
Please remember to rename all of your images by their month name and include a Microsoft
Word document with your image captions, memorable dates, cover title, strapline etc.
3. Proofing your calendar
Within 2 working days of receiving you order we will email you with details of how to view
your PDF calendar proof online at the secure client only area of our website. To view your
proof you will need acrobat reader, which can be downloaded free from Adobe
When you receive your proof please check it carefully for any errors. Any errors which we
have made will be corrected free of charge however any other amendments or changes you wish
to make will be charged at £25 and a new proof will submitted for your approval.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made within 10 working days from receipt of your approval to print.
Delivery is via Business Post, TNT or Royal Mail and will require signing for. We will contact
you prior to delivery to ensure you will be available to receive the goods. Standard delivery
is anytime next working day, however am deliveries are available at an extra charge.
5. Payment terms
Unless you have an approved account with us we require either of the following to accompany your order.
- Payments by cheque will be banked on receipt
- Payments by Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch cards will be processed prior to delivery
