Which is the most popular calendar for fundraisers?Without doubt the most popular style calendar for fundraisers is the A4 Traditional Wall Calendar in the 7 leaf option. We were one of the first calendar companies in the country to develop the 7 leaf calendar especially for our fundraising clients. The 7 leaf calendar looks exactly like the standard single sided calendar when it's hanging on the wall the only difference is that each sheet is printed on both sides. At the end of June simply turn the calendar around and you'll find July through to December printed on the reverse of each sheet. The 7 leaf calendar not only saves paper and so is better for the environment it costs less too meaning you make more profit for each calendar you sell! There is space available at the bottom of each calendar page to include an advert. Most businesses will readily pay £30-£50 to sponsor one month. They benefit from inexpensive advertising and you get valued contribution towards production costs; £30-50/month sponsorship is £360-£600 towards your print costs. Some clients manage to find 2, 3, 4 or more sponsors per month meaning they're in profit before they have sold a single calendar. 
ReprintsWorried that you won't sell all the calendars that you order? We understand that you may want to be cautious and order less. We offer reprints at the same unit cost as your original order so if you sell out you can order more (minimum order 50) and still maintain the same profit margins. This offer is not applicable on B3 traditional wall calendars, stapled calendar books or any calendars where additional special finishes such as laminating have been requested. createAcalendar discountsOrder early and save! Recommended retail price and potential profitWe surveyed all our 2008/2009 calendar clients and they told us the average price they sold the Traditional A4 Wall Calendar (7 or 13 leaf) was £5 each with some charging up to £12.99! Our advice is to aim for between £5 and £7 per calendar and offer discounts for multiple purchases as often parents will consider buying calendars for grandparents too! The average fundraiser orders 250 calendars at £2.21 + vat. If you had 1 sponsor per page at £30, ordered before July to gain 20% discount and sold each calendar for £5 each you could make over £1000 profit! With more sponsors, more calendars, and a selling price of £7 just imagine what you could achieve for your good cause! |
