What are 'Calendar Books'?

Calendar Books are an excellent low cost alternative for those interested in purchasing larger volumes of calendars. Rather than being wire bound, Calendar Books are produced in a similar way to magazines whereby folded sheets are stitched (stapled) together along the centre fold.

We can print directly from your file or you can choose from one of or templates below and we will create a personalized calendar for you.

    How to order

    1. Contact us for and estimate.

    2. Complete an order form.

    3. Either send us your print ready file or choose from one of our templates and send us your images, text and logos.

    Prices

    Our prices are calculated according to the quantity of calendars required.

    Size: Available in 2 sizes

    • A3 (A4 closed, opening to 297 mm × 420 mm)
    • A4 (A5 closed, opening to 210 mm × 297 mm)

    Extent: Our Calendar Books consist of 28 printed pages printed in full colour on 115gsm matt coated paper (inner month/text pages) and 250gsm matt coated board (cover).

    Each calendar month spreads two pages (24 printed pages in total) with the image occupying the top sheet and the calendar section the bottom. The remaining 4 pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and page one) are available for your details.

    Printing: depending on quantity ordered calendars are either digitally or lithographically printed in full colour.

    Finish: The outer cover is gloss laminated and stapled to the month pages. A hole is drilled on the outer edge for hanging.

    Packaging & Delivery: calendars are packed in boxes and dispatched via a national courier (requires signature). When calendar postal wallets are ordered (at extra charge) calendars will be inserted into the wallets before packing.

    UK bank and public holidays, saint days and British Summer Time are highlighted throughout the calendar and up to 12 of your own memorable dates can be inserted free of charge (thereafter memorable dates are charged extra).
